Cancellation Policy
Need to make a change or cancel your order? No problem! Just let us know within 24 hours of placing it. After that, your order will likely already be processing, and we might not be able to make changes. If you cancel within the 24-hour window, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days—easy and stress-free.

We want you to love your ElumiVerse products! That’s why we recommend giving them at least 14 days to work their magic. If you're still not happy, you can return them anytime within 60 days. Please keep in mind that any shipping fees (if applicable) aren’t refundable.

Damaged Items
We take great care when shipping your order, but sometimes things happen. If your item arrives damaged (and we mean the actual product, not just the box), let us know within 72 hours of receiving it by emailing support@elumiverse.com with a photo of the damage. We’ll take a look and if it qualifies, we’ll send a replacement—no cost to you! Please note, we don’t refund or replace items damaged by normal wear, tear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but sometimes delays happen that are beyond our control—courier issues, customs, etc. If you’re having trouble with your delivery, your best bet is to contact the courier directly. Unfortunately, we can’t be responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they’re out of our hands.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout! If you realize you’ve entered the wrong address, let us know within 24 hours. After that, we won’t be able to change the address, and unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer a refund or resend for those orders.
