At ElumiVerse, we're thrilled to offer FREE shipping on all orders—no strings attached!
Order Processing Times
We know you’re excited to get your order, and we work hard to make that happen quickly! Please allow 1-3 business days to process and ship your order. Once it’s handed off to our shipping partner, you’ll receive a tracking number, and your order will be on its way! During busy times (like holidays), processing might take up to 7 business days, but we'll always keep you in the loop.
Estimated Shipping Times
Once your order has been shipped, the delivery time depends on where you live. Check out the estimated delivery times based on your country:
United States: 7-12 Business Days
Please keep in mind that delays may happen during peak seasons or due to customs. We wish we could control those things, but we promise to keep you updated along the way!
Order Changes & Shipping Details
Got the wrong address at checkout? No worries! Just let us know at support@elumiverse.com within 24 hours of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to fix it. After that, the order might already be processing, and changes might not be possible.
We’ll also email you within 3 business days if our system detects any issues with your shipping address, so please keep an eye out for that. If we don’t hear back, we may have to cancel the order.
Delayed Delivery
We understand how important it is to receive your order on time, and we do everything we can to make sure that happens. However, sometimes life happens—bad weather, courier issues, or other unexpected delays can come up. If that’s the case, we’ll work with the courier to get your package to you as quickly as possible.
If there’s anything that might cause a delay on our end, like an address issue or payment hiccup, we’ll let you know right away!
Lost or Stolen Packages
We totally get it—losing a package is frustrating! Once we hand your order to the shipping carrier, it’s out of our hands, but if your package gets lost or stolen, please contact us at support@elumiverse.com. We’ll help you file a claim with the courier and do our best to resolve the issue. While we can’t be responsible for lost or stolen packages, we’ll do everything we can to assist and may offer a replacement depending on the situation.
